Denise Mitchell
If you ask Denise what her most important achievements are she would most definitely answer her 35-year marriage and her two grown children.
The best memories she says are made when traveling with her family. The fun began when she and her husband Michael bought their first RV in 2019, a Winnebago Travato GL. They traveled the country and the love of road trips began!
And then the pandemic hit and my incredibly entrepreneurial husband started to think about different business ideas. At the same time her youngest son, Lukas was in his senior year of college and was also intrigued by the idea.
Her background with guest service working with Disney as well as owning and operating her own restaurant really helped as the business grows. She really loves meeting the families and it is a bonus working with her son.
Lukas Mitchell
A graduate from Otis College of Art and Design, Lukas Mitchell received a BA in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography in 2021.
Lukas inherited an entrepreneurial spirit from both mother, Denise, and father, Michael; This spirit, paired with a love for road trips and the RV’s made starting a family business a no-brainer.
Initially created to fill demand during the novel Covid-19 pandemic, Lukas and Denise started listing their personal van on rental sites. After a booming first few months, the pair decided to expand and grow the new family business.
2 years later and the business has begun to blossom while maintaining our homegrown roots and desire to share the van life with as many adventurers as possible.
